摘要
为提高富硒大米中无机硒提取率,通过单因素试验和响应面试验优化富硒大米中无机硒提取条件。结果表明:在硫酸铜质量浓度59 mg/L、浸提温度70℃、浸提时间2.0 h的条件下,无机硒的提取率最高,可达到95.11%,明显高于酸提取法、碱提取法。
In order to improve the extraction rate of inorganic selenium from selenium enriched rice,the extraction conditions of inorganic selenium from selenium enriched rice were optimized by single factor test and response surface test.The results showed that the extraction rate of inorganic selenium was the highest under the conditions of copper sulfate mass concentration 59 mg/L,extraction temperature 70 ℃,and extraction time 2.0 h,could reach 95.11 %,which was significantly higher than that of acid extraction,alkali extraction.
