防御素的生物学功能及其在畜牧业的应用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 在“禁抗”大背景下,寻找能代替抗生素的安全替代物成为保证畜牧业可持续发展的重点。防御素作为新型生物活性肽,是抗菌肽成员之一,性质稳定、抗菌谱广,是理想的抗生素替代物。本文就防御素的生物学功能以及其在畜牧业的应用研究进展等作一综述,以期为防御素的研究和应用提供参考。 Under the background of“anti-antibiotic”,it is important to find safe substitutes for antibiotics to ensure the sustainable development of animal husbandry.As a new type of bioactive peptide,the defensin is one of the members of antibacterial peptides,with stable properties and wide antibacterial spectrum,and is an ideal antibiotic substitute.In this paper,the biological function of defensins and its application in animal husbandry were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the research and application of defensins.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(11):6911-6916]
