EM菌对菠萝渣青贮品质及饲用价值评价

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同添加剂量EM菌对菠萝渣青贮品质的影响及其饲用价值评价,以期为菠萝渣资源开发提供参考。采用单因素试验设计,EM菌添加剂量分别为0、24、48和96 mL/kg,分别记为对照组及Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组,与菠萝渣混合后青贮30 d,测定分析相关指标并进行体外产气试验。结果表明:1)青贮试验中,与对照组相比,各添加组氨态氮/总氮(NH_(3)-N/TN)比值显著降低(P <0.05),Ⅱ组粗蛋白质(CP)和可溶性多糖(WSC)含量显著提高(P <0.05),Ⅲ组WSC含量显著降低(P<0.05);随着EM菌添加剂量的提高,粗灰分(Ash)含量呈上升趋势(P=0.077)。2)体外产气试验中,发酵48 h时,Ⅲ组产气量(GP)和氨态氮(NH_(3)-N)含量显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组CP降解率显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,添加EM菌青贮菠萝渣能改善菠萝渣青贮品质,提高饲用价值,在本试验条件下,EM菌最适添加剂量为48 mL/kg。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different supplemental doses of EM bacteria on the quality of pineapple pomace silage and its feeding value evaluation,in order to provide reference for the development of pineapple residue resources.The single factor experiment design was used.The amount of EM bacteria additive was 0,24,48 and 96 mL/kg,respectively.The control group and groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢwere mixed with pineapple residue and silaged for 30 days.The related indexes were determined and analyzed,and the in vitro gas production experiment was carried out.The results showed as follows:1)in the silage experiment,compared with control group,the ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen(NH_(3)-N/TN)was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the contents of crude protein(CP)and soluble carbon water(WSC)in groupⅡwere significantly increased(P<0.05).WSC content in groupⅢwas significantly decreased(P<0.05).With the increase of EM bacteria additive amount,the ash(Ash)content showed an upward trend(P = 0.077).2)The results of in vitro gas production experiment showed that the gas production(GP)and ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N)content in groupⅢwere significantly higher than those in groupsⅠandⅡat 48 h(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the CP degradation rates in groupsⅡandⅢwere significantly increased after 48 h of fermentation(P<0.05).In summary,the quality and feeding value of pineapple residue silage can be improved by adding EM bacteria.Under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal addition level of EM bacteria is 48 mL/kg.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(11):7307-7316]
