基于内源指示剂法的牛含甘蔗副产物饲粮消化能预测模型的建立

摘要 本试验旨在建立牛含甘蔗副产物饲粮消化能(DE)的预测模型。选取约1岁的西门塔尔公牛36头,体重(350±10)kg,通过内源指示剂法测定牛对含甘蔗副产物饲粮的养分表观消化率,计算可消化养分。采用SPSS 19.0软件对可消化养分与DE进行相关性分析、主成分分析及回归分析,并建立DE的预测方程。结果表明:DE与可消化有机物(DOM)、可消化中性洗涤纤维(DNDF)和可消化酸性洗涤纤维(DADF)呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);DOM与DNDF和DADF呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);可消化干物质(DDM)与可消化粗蛋白质(DCP)呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。由主成分分析结果可知,第1主成分中DNDF特征向量系数最大,其关系式为DE=0.220DDM+0.488DOM-0.327DCP+0.564DNDF+0.537DADF;第2主成分中DDM特征向量系数最大,其关系式为DE=-0.626DDM+0.431DOM+0.561DCP+0.307DNDF-0.116DADF。基于含甘蔗副产物饲粮可消化养分建立的DE预测模型DE=0.320+18.088DOM(R~2=0.967,n=72,P<0.001)和DE=0.389-0.727DCP+18.082DOM(R~2=0.967,n=72,P<0.001)的预测值与实测值的误差较小。综合可知,DOM是影响含甘蔗副产物饲粮DE预测的主要因子,DE=0.320+18.088DOM和DE=0.389-0.727DCP+18.082DOM可用于预测牛含甘蔗副产物饲粮的DE。 This experiment aimed to establish the prediction model of digestible energy(DE)of diets containing sugarcane by-product for cattle.Thirty-six Simmental bulls with the body weight of(350±10)kg of about1 year old were selected.The apparent digestibility of nutrients of cattle fed the diets containing sugarcane byproduct was determined by endogenous indicator method,and the digestible nutrients were calculated.Correlation analysis,principal component analysis and regression analysis of digestible nutrients and DE of diet were processed by using SPSS 19.0 software,then the DE prediction equations were established.The results showed that DE was extremely significantly positively correlated with digestible organic matter(DOM),digestible neutral detergent fiber(DNDF)and digestible acid detergent fiber(DADF)(P<0.01),the DOM was extremely significantly positively correlated with DNDF and DADF(P < 0.01),and the digestible dry matter(DDM)was extremely significantly negatively correlated with the digestible crude protein(DCP)(P<0.01).According to the principal component analysis results,the feature vector coefficient of DNDF was the largest in the first principal component,and their relationship was DE=0.220DDM+0.488DOM-0.327DCP +0.564DNDF+0.537DADF;the feature vector coefficient of DDM was the largest in the second principal component,and their relationship was DE=-0.626DDM+0.431DOM+0.561DCP+0.307DNDF-0.116DADF.Compared with other DE prediction regressions,the following two DE prediction regressions based on digestible nutrients of diets containing sugarcane by-product,DE=0.320 + 18.088DOM(R~2= 0.967,n=72,P <0.001)and DE=0.389-0.727DCP+18.082DOM(R~2= 0.967,n=72,P<0.001)had smaller error between predicted value and measured value.In conclusion,DOM is the main factor affecting the DE prediction based on diets containing sugarcane by-products.DE=0.320+18.088DOM and DE=0.389-0.727DCP+18.082DOM can be used to predict the DE of diets containing sugarcane by-product for cattle.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(11):7421-7430]
