摘要
食品安全是高校后勤保障的重要内容,高校食品安全一旦出现问题,不仅会对学生身体造成伤害,也会造成极大的社会不良影响,因此食品安全工作历来都得到高校管理层的重视。高校食堂食品安全在防控要求下,更是防控的重点部位,因此高校食堂的食品安全管理工作面临着很多困难与挑战。鉴于此,本文对高校食堂食品安全管理的困难与措施进行简要阐述。
Food safety is an important part of university logistics support.Once food safety problems occur in colleges,they will not only cause harm to students,but also cause great adverse social impact,therefore,food safety work has always been the attention of university management.Under the requirements of prevention and control,food safety in university canteens is the key part of prevention and control.Therefore,the food safety management in university canteens is facing more difficulties and challenges.Based on this,this paper briefly expounds the difficulties and measures of food safety management in university canteens.
