摘要
近年来,高校食堂的食品安全问题频出,因此提升高校食堂食品风险防范势在必行。本文对食堂食品安全管理风险相关因素展开深入研究,制定出针对性的预防措施与防范性策略,对校园的安全管理体系创建与发展有重要的价值。
In recent years,food safety problems in college canteens have emerged frequently,so it is imperative to improve food risk prevention in college canteens.This paper conducts an in-depth study on the risk related factors of food safety management in canteens,and develops targeted preventive measures and preventive strategies,which are of great value to the establishment and development of the campus safety management system.
