摘要
食品中微生物检验检测是衡量食品安全质量的一个重要指标。本文通过对影响食品微生物检验检测精度的操作人员、设备、环境、样本、培养基、标准菌株以及检验检测方法进行讨论,目的在于通过对相关因素进行有效控制来确保检验检测工作质量,维护消费者身体健康以及提升我国食品安全质量。
Microbiological testing in food is an important indicator to measure food safety and quality.This article discusses the operators,equipment,environment,samples,culture medium,standard strains,and testing methods that affect the accuracy of food microbial testing.The purpose is to ensure the quality of testing and testing by effectively controlling related factors,so as to ensure the quality of inspection and testing work,maintain the health of consumers and improve the quality of food safety in my country through effective control of relevant factors.
