进出口食品检验工作的风险控制措施

摘要 食品进出口是国际贸易的重要组成部分,然而在食品进出口过程中,存在着生物危害、物理危害、化学危害等风险,需要进出口食品检验工作的积极干预,及时发现食品质量安全问题,以防止不合格、不安全食品流入国内或国外市场,形成负面影响。但由于进出口食品的数量多、类型多,致使检验工作存在一定的风险,需从风险的根源入手,做好出口食品源头质量控制,完善检验体系与检验监督机制、落实主体责任,以将检验工作风险降至最低水平,切实保障进出口食品检验工作的高质、高效推进。 Food import and export is an important part of international trade,however,in the process of food import and export,there is a biological hazards,physical hazards,chemical hazards,such as risk,need to import and export food inspection work of active intervention,timely find food quality safety,to prevent unqualified,unsafe food into the domestic and abroad market,form a negative impact.But as the number and types of import and export food more,the inspection work has certain risk,from the source of risk,control the quality of export food source,perfect inspection system and inspection supervision mechanism,to carry out the principal responsibility,to minimize risk inspection level,ensure the quality of the import and export food inspection work,high efficiency.
