ICP-MS同时测定生活饮用水中16种稀土元素方法学研究

摘要 目的:确立电感耦合等离子体质谱仪法测定饮用水中16种稀土元素的定量检测方法学,为当地相关部门掌握本地区饮用水中的稀土含量提供重要的检测技术支持。方法:用2%HNO_(3)对标准溶液进行稀释处理,配制一定浓度范围内的标准系列溶液。对仪器检测条件进行测试优化,获得合适的测定条件,并选取Rh作为内标校正基体干扰和漂移。通过实验获取相关的准确度、精密度、检出限等数据以此确立方法学。结果:16种稀土元素测定方法的回归方程线性关系良好,标准曲线的线性相关系数均≥0.9995,各元素测定的方法检出限和定量限分别为0.00018~0.02013μg·L^(-1)和0.0006~0.0671μg·L^(-1),加标回收率为92.4%~109.5%,RSD为0.8%~4.9%。结论:本分析方法灵敏度高、检出限低,测定的准确性和稳定性良好,操作简单且无污染,适用于生活饮用水中多种稀土元素同时定量分析。 Objective:To establish a quantitative method for the determination of 16 rare earth elements in drinking water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS),and to provide important technical support for the local government to master the content of rare earth elements in drinking water.Method:The standard solution was diluted with 2%HNO_(3),and standard series were prepared in a certain concentration range.The measurement conditions of the instrument were optimized to obtain appropriate measurement conditions,and Rh was selected as internal standard to correct matrix interference and drift.The relevant data of accuracy,precision and detection limit are obtained through experiments to establish the methodology.Result:The experimental results showed that the regression equations of the 16 rare earth elements were linear,and the linear correlation coefficients of the standard curves were all≥0.9995.The limits of detection and limits of quantification of the methods were 0.00018~0.02013μg·L^(-1)and 0.0006~0.0671μg·L^(-1),respectively.The recoveries ranged was 92.4%~109.5%,and the RSD was 0.8%~4.9%.Conclusion:The method has high sensitivity,low detection limit,good accuracy and stability,simple operation and no pollution,and is suitable for the simultaneous quantitative analysis of multiple rare earth elements in drinking water.
