摘要
目的:建立一种超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定婴儿配方食品中生物素的方法。方法:用高氯酸-二氯甲烷溶液提取,PLS固相萃取小柱净化,超高效液相色谱法串联质谱法测定,内标法定量。结果:平均加标回收率在96.5%~98.8%,相对标准偏差在1.77%~2.56%,在5~100 ng·mL^(-1)线性关系良好。结论:该方法前处理简单,结果准确,精密度高,重现性好,能满足婴儿配方食品中生物素含量的检测需求。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of biotin in infant formula by ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Method:Perchloric acid-dichloromethane solution extraction,PLS solid phase extraction column purification,ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry determination,internal standard method quantification.Result:The average recoveries were 96.5%~98.8%,the relative standard deviations were 1.77%~2.56%,and the linearity was good in the range of 5~100 ng·mL^(-1).Conclusion:This method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,accurate results,high precision and good reproducibility,and can meet the needs of biotin content detection in infant formula food.
