粮食中主要真菌毒素的调查分析与研究

Analysis and Research of Main Mycotoxins in Grain

随着我国经济的不断发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,食品安全问题备受关注。粮食安全是食品安全的重要组成部分,粮食中产生的真菌毒素直接影响人们的生命安全,因此,对粮食中的主要真菌毒素进行分析和研究具有重要的意义。本文主要对玉米、小麦、稻谷中的真菌毒素进行调查分析,结果发现粮食存在被感染的风险。

With the development of China’s economy,people’s livingstandard has been improved.Food security is an important part of food security.The mycotoxins produced in grain directly affffect the safety of human life.Therefore,the analysis and study of the major mycotoxins in grain have great practical significance and role.In this paper,the content of mycotoxin in corn,wheat and rice grain was investigated and analyzed.It was found that there was a risk of infection in the grain.
