摘要
本文主要以蒲公英根为研究对象,对蒲公英根药理功效以及其多糖功能与提取方法进行概述,对多糖提取工艺优化中的脱色方法及脱蛋白方法进行对比,以提高蒲公英根多糖提取率,通过后续研究有望在其他领域进行广泛应用。
Taking dandelion root as the research object,this paper describes the pharmacological efficacy,polysaccharide function and extraction method of dandelion root.The decolorization method and deproteinization method in the optimization of polysaccharide extraction process were compared,in order to improve the extraction rate of polysaccharides from dandelion root.It is expected to be widely used in other fields through follow-up research.
