养老服务新体系下康养服务相关专业人才培养的思考

Thoughts on the Training of Professionals Related to Health Care Service under the New System of Elderly Care Service

2020年国家提出了构建“居家社区机构相协调、医养康养相结合”的养老服务新体系。新体系重视对老年人服务的全方位覆盖,强调服务供给的多领域融合,体现了服务场所的全过程贯通,对于康养服务相关专业人才培养在专业布局、培养规格、课程体系构建等方面也提供了指导。对养老服务新体系下完善康养服务专业人才培养机制提出如下建议,通过形成协同育人合力,推动人才培养的社会参与;促进专业产业对接,打通人才培养的合作路径;打造良好就业环境,拓宽人才发展的职业空间,以加强人才供给能力,提高康养服务供给水平,推动养老服务事业高质量发展。

The state has proposed the construction of a new elderly care service system that"coordinating home community institutions and combining medical care and health care"in 2020.The new system attaches great importance to the comprehensive coverage of services for the elderly,the integration of service supply in multiple fields,and the whole process of service places,which also provides guidance for the training of professional talents related to health care services in terms of professional layout,training specifications,and the construction of curriculum system.The following suggestions are proposed to improve the training mechanism of health care service professionals under the new system of elderly care service,promote the social participation of talent training through forming a collaborative education force,promote the connection of professional industries,open up the cooperation path of talent training;create a good employment environment,broaden the career space of talent development,strengthen the talent supply ability,improve the level of health care service supply,and promote the high-quality development of pension service.
