总结1例乳腺癌晚期癌性伤口患者的居家护理经验。通过充分评估患者在身体、心理、社会、精神等方面的困扰,予以疼痛护理、癌性伤口护理、淋巴水肿护理、心理护理及灵性支持等,教会患者和家属居家自我护理伤口的方法和注意事项,提高乳腺癌癌性伤口患者的自我管理能力,改善癌性伤口症状,提高患者的舒适度,维护患者的尊严,提高癌症晚期患者的生活质量。

The experience of home care of a patient with advanced breast cancer and cancerous wound was summarized.By fully evaluating patients in the physical,psychological,social,mental aspects,pain care,cancer wound care,lymphoedema care,psychological care and spiritual support,teach patients and their families home self care wound methods and precautions,improve the self-management ability of breast cancer cancer wound patients,improve cancer wound symptoms,improve patient comfort,maintain the dignity of patients,improve the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer.
