摘要
青贮饲料是饲料桑加工利用的方式之一。在实验室开展桑枝叶青贮试验的基础上,进一步在桑树种植基地进行一定规模的饲料桑枝叶与玉米粉混合青贮的试验,包括桑枝叶切碎的规格、桑枝叶含水率的调节、玉米粉和乳酸菌的添加量、原料真空包装等关键技术的建立。试验结果表明,新鲜桑枝叶切短至2~4 cm、饲用玉米粉添加量为150 g/kg、乳酸菌剂用量为4×10^(7)cfu/kg、混合料含水率为65%,在此条件下青贮发酵56 d制得的混合青贮饲料品质好,对动物的适口性好。采用上述技术条件,将3000 kg桑枝叶与玉米粉进行混合青贮获得的饲料用于育肥猪饲养105 d,育肥猪的健康性和肉品质均得到改善。
Silage is one of the ways of forage mulberry processing and utilization.On the basis of silage experiment of mulberry branches and leaves in laboratory,key technologies of mixed silage of mulberry branches and leaves with corn meal were tested in a mulberry planation,including specifications of mulberry branches and leaves chopped,regulation of water content of mulberry leaves,the amount of corn flour and lactic acid bacteria added,vacuum packaging of raw materials and other key technologies establishment.The experimental results show that the length of fresh mulberry branches and leaves should be cut to 2~4 cm.The supplemental level of feeding corn meal was 150 g/kg.The dosage of lactic acid bacteria agent was 4×10~7 cfu/kg.The moisture content of the mixture was 65%.After 56 days of fermentation under the technical condition,the solige products were of good quality and good palatability to animals.According to the key technical requirements,3000 kg silage mixed mulberry branches and leaves with corn meal was prepared successfully and used in raising finishing pigs for 105 days.Both the health and meat quality of the finishing pigs were improved greatly.
