摘要
以氯甲基化聚苯乙烯(PS-Cl)为前体,采用Friedel-Crafts反应制备了HCP树脂,并将其应用于异戊醇的吸附。扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射、热稳定性和比表面积分析结果表明,HCP树脂球面光滑,引入了羰基基团,晶型几乎不变,热稳定性增强,比表面积增加为955.83 m^(2)/g,微孔比表面积占BET比表面积的65.03%。探究证明,在85℃,4 h进行Friedel-Crafts反应制备的HCP树脂对异戊醇的吸附效果最佳;HCP树脂对异戊醇的吸附热力学更符合Freundlich模型且吸附是吸热的,吸附动力学属于准二级动力学吸附;经过5次循环使用后的吸附量为第1次吸附量的82.31%,表明HCP树脂具有较好的再生性和可循环利用性。
HCP resin was prepared by Friedel-Crafts reaction with chloromethylated polystyrene(PS-Cl)as precursor and applied to the adsorption of isoamyl alcohol.The results of scanning electron microscope,infrared spectrum,X-ray diffraction,thermal stability and specific surface area analysis show that the HCP resin has smooth spherical surface,the carbonyl groups are introduced,the crystal form is almost unchanged,the thermal stability is enhanced,the specific surface area is increased to 955.83 m^(2)/g,and the microporous specific surface area accounts for 65.03% of the BET specific surface area.It is proved that the HCP resin prepared by Friedel-Crafts reaction at 85℃ for 4 h has the best adsorption effect on isoamyl alcohol;the adsorption thermodynamics of HCP resin for isoamyl alcohol is more consistent with Freundlich model,and the adsorption is endothermic,and the adsorption kinetics belongs to quasi second-order kinetic adsorption;the adsorption capacity after five cycles is 82.31%of the first adsorption capacity,indicating that HCP resin has good regeneration and recyclability.
