摘要
酚醛树脂是集耐热、阻燃、耐腐蚀等多种性能于一体的优质树脂材料,广泛应用于国防、航空航天、建筑等领域,但因其结构中的羟甲基等不稳定结构易被氧化、固化时产生小分子,限制了其在特殊领域的应用,因此,对于酚醛树脂的结构改性研究一直是重要研究方向,特别是不饱和脂肪烃改性酚醛树脂。文中综述了国内外关于不饱和脂肪烃(烯基和炔基)改性酚醛树脂的研究现状,重点介绍了烯基改性酚醛树脂和炔基改性酚醛树脂的合成机理、结构及性能。
Phenolic resin is a high-quality resin material integrating heat resistance,flame retardancy,corrosion resistance and other properties.It is widely used in national defense,aerospace,construction and other fields.However,the unstable structures such as hydroxymethyl in its structure are easy to be oxidized and produce small molecules during curing,which limit its application in special fields.Therefore,the structural modification of phenolic resin has always been an important research direction,especially the modification of phenolic resin by unsaturated fatty hydrocarbons.The research status of unsaturated fatty hydrocarbon(alkenyl and alkynyl)modified phenolic resin at home and abroad wasreviewed,and the synthesis mechanism,structure and properties of alkenyl and alkynyl modified phenolic resin weremainly introduced.
