人文关怀理念在慢性心衰患者护理中的应用观察

Observation on the application of humanistic care concept in the nursing of patients with chronic heart failure

目的:探讨慢性心衰患者护理中人文关怀理念应用价值。方法:选取本院于2020年3月至2021年3月收治的82例慢性心衰患者以电脑形成随机数法分为对照组41例和观察组41例,分别实施常规护理、常规协同人文关怀护理。比较两组心理状况、生活质量。结果:护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组护理后生存质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)躯体健康、心理健康、物质生活及社会功能评较对照组高(P<0.05)。护理前,两组自我护理能力对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组自我护理能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组依从度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性心衰患者中人文关怀理念的运用,可减轻患者抑郁、焦虑情绪,提升其生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application value of the humanistic care concept in the nursing of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 82 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were divided into the control group 41 cases and the observation group 41 cases by computer-generated random number method,and routine nursing care and routine collaborative humanistic care were carried out respectively.Care.Compare the psychological status and quality of life between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(t=0.469,5.630,P<0.05).The post-nursing quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group was higher than the control group in terms of physical health,mental health,material life and social function(t=5.829,3.265,2.913,2.756,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the concept of humanistic care in patients with chronic heart failure can reduce their depression and anxiety and improve their quality of life.
