基于二维码编码技术的卫生应急装备物资管理系统的开发与应用

Development and implementation of health emergency equipment material management system based on two-dimensional code technology

目的开发卫生应急装备物资自动化管理系统,解决目前医疗队应急装备物资主要靠手工管理的落后模式。方法利用二维码QR code编码技术、数据库管理技术、嵌入式技术等,开发便携式智能扫描及数据管理一体化的卫生装备物资信息管理软硬件系统,通过二维码QR code图形生成、打印、识别,实现对箱组、背囊的快速识别和内装物品点验,对所有库存物资装备的数量、有效期等进行智能化管理。结果系统大幅提升卫生装备物资清点的准确率及效率,降低劳动强度,同时可实现卫生装备物资的全程追溯及智能管理。结论系统可用于前出支援医疗队的物资装备智能管理,实时更新、掌握前出医疗队的物资消耗、剩余物资品类状况,及时进行相关决策。

Objective To develop the automatic management system of medical emergency equipment and materials,and to solve the current backward mode of medical emergency equipment and materials mainly by manual management.Methods Using QR code coding technology,database management technology,embedded technology,etc.,portable intelligent scanning and data management integration of health equipment material information management software and hardware system was developed.Through QR code generation,printing and identification,rapid identification of box groups,bags and items inside the inspection was achieved.The quantity and expiration date of all stock materials and equipment was managed intelligently.Results The system greatly improved the accuracy and efficiency of health equipment material inventory,reduced labor intensity,and realized the full traceability and intelligent management of health equipment material.Conclusion The system can be used for the intelligent management of materials and equipment of the outgoing medical team,update and master the material consumption and the type of surplus materials of the outgoing medical team in real time,and make relevant decisions in time.
