我国海岸电台通信管理制度体系研究

Research on Communication Management System of Coastal Radio Station in China

文章通过调、研梳理现有涉及海岸电台通信管理制度的体系架构,对我国海岸电台通信管理制度体系进行科学系统的评估,发现现有运行模式下存在的主要问题和不足,并结合海岸电台的发展现状及未来需求,给出设计和调整海岸电台通信管理制度体系的建议。

In this paper,on the basis of combing the existing research,involving the coast radio communication management system architecture,coast radio communication management system of our country scientific system of assessment,found that the existing main problems of operation mode and the insufficiency,and connecting with the coast station development present situation and future demand,communication management system design and adjust the coast station.
