全膝关节置换翻修单纯更换聚乙烯衬垫的临床应用

Clinical application of isolated polyethylene exchange in revision total knee arthroplasty

全膝关节置换术(TKA)是治疗严重终末期膝关节疾病最成功的手术之一。伴随着国内手术需求逐年增加,TKA翻修的数量也将快速增加。考虑到TKA翻修的复杂性,面对TKA术后失败时,膝关节部分翻修成为了可供临床医生考虑的可选项。而单纯更换聚乙烯衬垫(IPE)相比其他翻修方式,具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,值得优先考虑。目前对于如何正确掌握和应用IPE的适应证和禁忌证等缺乏系统论述,本文对全膝关节置换翻修中单纯更换聚乙烯衬垫的临床应用进展作一综述。

Total knee arthroplasty(TKA)is one of the most successful procedures for the treatment of severe end-stage knee disease.With the increasing demand for TKA in China,the number of revision TKA will increase rapidly.Considering the complexity of revision TKA,partial knee revision has become an option for clinicians when handling TKA failure.Compared with other revision methods,isolated polyethylene exchange(IPE)has the advantages of less trauma and quick recovery,so it is worth considering firstly.At present,there is a lack of systematic discussion on how to correctly master and apply the indications and contraindications of IPE.This paper focused on the research progress of isolated polyethylene exchange at revision TKA.
