摘要
建立了一种超声萃取-气质联用仪法测定纺织品中N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)和N-乙基吡咯烷酮(NEP)的含量。使用甲醇作为溶剂在60℃水浴超声60 min,然后采用GC-MS进行测定,外标法进行定量。结果表明,在0.5~20μg/mL范围内,方法的检出限为5 mg/kg,N-甲基吡咯烷酮的回收率为96%~106%之间,N-乙基吡咯烷酮的回收率为96%~103%之间,相对标准偏差均小于2%(n=6)。该方法操作简单,适用于纺织品中两种吡咯烷酮含量的测定。
A method for the determination of N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP)and N-ethylpyrrolidone(NEP)in textiles by ultrasonic extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was established.Materials were sonicated at 60℃for 60 min with methanol as the solvent,and then the GC-MS was used for determination.The external standard method was used for quantification.The results show that in the range of 0.5-20μg/mL,the detection limit of the method is 5 mg/kg.The recovery rate of NMP ranges from 96%-106%,the recovery rate of NEP ranges from 96%-103%,and relative standard deviation is both less than 2%(n=6).This method is simple to operate,and suitable for the determination of two pyrrolidenones in textiles.
