摘要
生物质科学与工程创新班是为适应拔尖创新人才培养,响应国家新工科建设,推动学院传统工科专业内涵式发展而创办的。在学院服务保障、学科平台保障与学工管理保障的一体化支持保障体系的扶助下,创新班已形成了较为科学合理的“四力”标准遴选机制与全面竞争的动态调整机制,以及“一中心、两平台、三激励、四联动”的协同育人管理模式。目前,创新班各项工作有序推进,建设成效显著。文章全面梳理了创新班的管理模式与保障机制,并试图在实践中不断优化完善,逐步建立起拔尖创新人才管理的长效机制,并为“本-硕-博”贯通式拔尖创新人才培养提供借鉴参考。
The biomass science and engineering innovation class was established to adapt to the cultivation of top-notch innovative personnel,respond to the national new engineering disciplines construction,and promote the connotative development of the college's traditional engineering specialty.Under the support of the integrated support system of college service guarantee,discipline platform guarantee and student management guarantee,the innovation class has formed a more scientific and reasonable selection mechanism of"four abilities"and the dynamic adjustment mechanism of comprehensive competition,and a collaborative education management mode of"one center,two platforms,three incentives and four linkages".At present,the work of the innovation class is promoted in an orderly manner,and the construction has achieved remarkable results.This paper comprehensively combs the management mode and guarantee mechanism of the innovation class,which should be continuously optimized and improved in practice.A long-term mechanism for the management of top-notch innovative personnel should be gradually established.This provides a reference for the cultivation of top-notch innovative personnel through the"Bachelor-Master-Doctor".
