摘要 针对当前轻化工程专业人才培养与产业实际需求脱节、产教融合难以深入、工程教育实践环节薄弱等问题,从产教融合机制、人才培养目标、课程体系设置及运作模式等方面进行分析,调整和优化轻化工程专业人才培养方案,构建基于产教融合的课程体系,形成校企协同育人的应用型人才培养模式。 In view of the current problems such as the disconnection between the cultivation of light chemical engineering professionals and the actual needs of the industry,the difficulty in deepening the integration of industry and education,and the weakness of engineering education practice,this paper analyzes from the aspects of the integration mechanism of industry and education,talent training objectives,curriculum system setting and operation mode.By adjusting and optimizing the talent training program for light chemical engineering specialty,and building a curriculum system based on the integration of industry and education,the training mode for practical personnel based on the cooperation of schools and enterprises can be formed.
