产教融合背景下服装专业创新人才培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Innovative Personnel Training Mode of Clothing Major under the Background of Production-education Integration

文章分析了地方高校服装专业应用型人才培养探索与实践中存在的问题,以“校企合作”“产教融合”“人才培养”为基本原则,拓展人才培养渠道,实现校企合作双赢;强化科研训练,建设时尚、科技、创新人才培养平台;打造校内外实践创新基地;优化培养方案,建设系列课程改革和教学制度管理平台;加强校企之间无缝衔接,推进“产学研一体化”;组建“双师双能型”师资队伍。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the exploration and practice of the personnel training in fashion design and engineering in local colleges and universities.Based on the basic principles of school-enterprise cooperation,production-education integration,and personnel training,this paper points out that we should expand the channels of personnel training and realize the win-win situation of school-enterprise cooperation.These measures should be taken:strengthening scientific research training,and building a platform for training fashionable,scientific and innovative talents;Build a practice and innovation base inside and outside the school;Optimize the training program and build a series of curriculum reform and teaching system management platform;Strengthen the seamless connection between schools and enterprises,and promote the"integration of production,teaching and research";We will form a team of teachers with"double qualifications and double abilities".
