基于合金价格波动的HRB400E不同合金化工艺开发

摘要 研究Si、V、Nb等合金元素对HRB400E性能的强化机理,设计出HRB400E铌铁合金化工艺、低硅合金化工艺,以应对钒氮合金和硅铁价格出现剧烈上涨时,成本能够不大幅度增加。对HRB400E铌铁合金化工艺、低硅合金化工艺进行了批量工业试验。试验结果表明:两种工艺生产的钢材产品均能满足国标和公司内控的要求。当钒氮合金价格上涨至大于铌铁合金价格的1.51倍时,铌铁合金化工艺成本更低,生产工艺切换至铌铁合金化工艺;当硅铁合金价格上涨至大于钒氮合金价格的0.042倍时,低硅合金化工艺成本更低,生产工艺切换至低硅合金化工艺。 The strengthening mechanism of Si,V,Nb and other alloy elements on the properties of HRB400E was studied,HRB400E ferroniobium alloying process and low silicon alloying process were designed in response to the sharp rise in the prices of vanadium nitrogen alloy and ferrosilicon,the cost could increase slightly.From January to March 2022,batch industrial tests were carried out on HRB400E ferroniobium alloying process and low silicon alloying process respectively.The test results show that the steel products produced by the two processes can meet the requirements of national standards and the company s internal control.When the price of vanadium nitrogen alloy rises to 1.51 times higher than that of ferroniobium alloy,the cost of ferroniobium alloying process is lower,and the production process is switched to ferroniobium alloying process;When the price of ferrosilicon alloy rises to 0.042 times higher than that of vanadium nitrogen alloy,the cost of low silicon alloying process is lower,and the production process is switched to low silicon alloying process.
