X荧光熔融法测定埋弧渣钙、硅、镁、铁化学成分 被引量:1

摘要 埋弧渣是冶金炼钢的辅料,具有埋弧造渣护炉的作用。现埋弧渣的成分氧化钙、氧化镁、二氧化硅、三氧化二铁含量的测定方法有滴定法和比色法,4种成分均单独检测,检测过程耗时费力,难以满足快速的生产节奏。文章涉及冶金化学分析试验技术领域,提出X荧光熔融法对埋弧渣中氧化钙、氧化镁、二氧化硅、三氧化二铁成分联合测定,此方法操作简单,耗时少,效率高,成本低,且精度高。 Submerged arc slag is the auxiliary material of metallurgical steel-making,which has the function of submerged arc slag forming and furnace protecting.The determination methods of the content of calcium oxide,magnesium oxide,silicon dioxide and ferric oxide in the present submerged arc slag include titration and colorimetry,the four components are detected separately,the detection process is time-consuming and laborious,and it is difficult to meet the fast production rhythm.This paper relates to the technical field of metallurgical chemical analysis,in particular to a method for the determination of calcium oxide,magnesium oxide,silicon dioxide and ferric oxide in submerged arc slag by x-ray fluorescence melting method,the invention has the advantages of high efficiency,low cost and high precision.
