数字经济、产业集聚与黄河流域制造业高质量发展

Digital Economy,Industrial Agglomeration and High-quality Development of Manufacturing in the Yellow River Basin

文章基于2011—2020年黄河流域城市面板数据,运用固定效应模型和中介效应模型,实证分析数字经济、产业集聚对黄河流域制造业高质量发展的影响机理。结果表明:数字经济有效推动了黄河流域制造业高质量发展,产业集聚从中发挥了积极的调节作用,黄河下游地区数字经济的赋能作用明显高于中上游地区。应通过完善基础设施、改善产业生态、优化政府职能、创新体制机制,有序推动黄河流域制造业步入数字经济发展新时代。

Based on the panel data of cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2011 to 2020,this paper uses fixed effect model and mediating effect model to empirically analyze the influencing mechanism of digital economy and industrial agglomeration on the high-quality development of manufacturing in the Yellow River Basin.The results show that digital economy effectively promotes the high-quality development of manufacturing industry in the Yellow River basin,that industrial agglomeration plays a positive regulating role,and that the empowering role of digital economy in the lower reaches of the Yellow River region is significantly higher than that in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River region.It is necessary to promote the manufacturing industry in the Yellow River Basin into a new era of digital economy development by improving infrastructure,improving industrial ecology,optimizing government functions and innovating system and mechanism.
