专利视角下技术创新、内外部环境与企业价值的提升路径——基于创业板上市公司的模糊集定性比较分析

Technological Innovation,Internal and External Environment and the Promotion Path of Enterprise Value from the Perspective of Patent——A Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis based on GEM Listed Companies

基于对企业管理复杂性的考量,选取46家创业板上市公司为分析对象,基于TOE模型构建企业价值影响指标体系,采用模糊集定性比较分析法探究多个前因与企业价值的关系及其作用机理,发现存在5条通过多个复杂前因条件的匹配、联动提升企业价值的路径。通过对比可知,专利数量、专利质量都需要通过与其他要素组合才能实现企业高价值;专利质量提升企业价值的效益更高,而仅凭专利数量规模可能导致企业低价值;良好的区域知识产权保护水平有助于企业选择更多元化的企业价值提升路径。

Based on the consideration of the complexity of enterprise management,We selected 46 GEM listed companies as the analysis object,constructed the enterprise value impact index system based on the toe model,used the fsQCA method to explore the relationship and action mechanism between multiple antecedents and enterprise value.And we find that there are five paths to improve enterprise value through the matching and linkage of multiple complex antecedents.Through the comparison,it can be seen that the quantity and quality of patent need to be combined with other elements to realize the high value of the enterprise.Patent quality has higher benefits of promoting enterprise value,the patent quantity alone may lead to low enterprises value.In addition,a good level of regional intellectual property protection helps enterprises choose more diversified paths to enhance enterprise value.
