摘要
大学生心理健康教育课程教学要求高,有效教学时间少;传统“教师讲、学生听”的教学模式难以达成预期的课程教学目标。为解决面临的困境,武汉学院探索构建了心理健康教育课程翻转课堂教学模式,契合课程目标对翻转课堂教学目标进行整体设计和布局;依托慕课平台完成线上自主学习;开展基于萨提亚模式的线下体验课;建立多元课程评价体系。翻转课堂教学模式既能提高学生参与度,又有助于学生对心理健康知识的学习和内化,学生有更多的体验、触动,能更加有效地达成心理健康教育课程教学目标。
The college students’ mental health education course has high teaching requirements and less effective teaching time. The traditional teacher-centered model is difficult to achieve the expected teaching objectives. In order to solve the dilemma, Wuhan University explored the construction of flipped classroom teaching model of mental health education course, carrying out the overall design and layout of flipped classroom teaching objectives according to the curriculum objectives,relying on the MOOC platform to complete online autonomous learning;carrying out off-line experience courses based on the Satir Model;establishing a diversified curriculum evaluation system.Flipped classroom teaching model can not only improve students’ participation, but also help students learn and internalize mental health knowledge so that students have more experience and touch, and can more effectively achieve the teaching objectives of mental health education.
