摘要
芭蕾舞秉承“开、绷、直、立”的审美原则,最终形成了一套系统科学的训练体系。本文从运动解剖学的视角,通过逐个分析达到各审美原则所需的动作规范,列举运动过程中的肢体、关节、肌肉肌群及呼吸的配合要求,以人体运动原理挖掘其审美原则的内涵,从而探求芭蕾基础训练科学体系的理论支点,更深层次地认识理解走进芭蕾舞。
With the aesthetic principles of “opening, stretching, straightening and standing”, ballet formed a set of scientific training system. From the perspective ofanatomy, this paper analyzes each standard movement meeting with the four aesthetic principles of ballet, enumerates the demands on limbs, joints, muscles and breathing in the process of movements and explores the connotation of ballet aesthetic principles according to the laws of human movement, aiming to seek the theoretical pivots of ballet basic training system to make people have a good understanding of ballet.
