静脉用药调配中心成品药液橡皮落屑情况分析

Situation of Rubber Crumbs in Finished Drug Solution in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services

目的探讨某院成品药液药品包装材料(简称药包材)橡胶塞落屑情况。方法以上海交通大学医学院附属上海儿童医学中心为样本医院,统计其静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)2021年1月至6月配制且以橡胶塞包装的成品药液的药品信息,观察橡皮落屑情况。结果共96种药品具有橡胶塞,29种药品(30.21%)观察到落屑情况,其中19种药品(65.52%)为非外资企业生产;共观察到192次成品药液落屑情况,其中注射用头孢他啶落屑次数较多(49次),但以注射用奥美拉唑和注射用盐酸头孢吡肟的落屑发生率较高,分别为13.49‰和11.58‰。结论静脉药物配制过程中常出现胶塞落屑,影响了药品的安全使用,需要加强防范,同时应提升药包材胶塞质量要求。

Objective To investigate the situation of crumbs falling from rubber plugs of the packaging materials of finished drug solution in a hospital.Methods Taking Shanghai Children's Medical Center Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine as a sample hospital,the drug information of the finished drug solution prepared and packaged with rubber plugs in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS)from January to June 2021 was counted,and the rubber crumbs were observed.Results A total of 96 kinds of drugs had rubber stoppers,and crumbs were observed in 29 kinds(30.21%)of drugs,of which 19 kinds(65.52%)were produced by non-foreign-funded enterprises.A total of 192 times of rubber crumbs in finished drug solution were observed,among which Ceftazidime for Injection had the highest times of rubber crumbs(49 times),but Omeprazole for Injection and Cefepime Hydrochloride for Injection had higher incidence rates,which were 13.49‰and 11.58‰,respectively.Conclusion In the admixture process of intravenous drugs,rubber crumbs often appear,which affects the safe use of drugs.It is necessary to strengthen the prevention of rubber crumbs and to improve the quality requirements of rubber plugs for drug packaging materials.
