“互联网+”合理用药科普推广平台用于慢性病用药管理效果评价

Application Effect of″Internet+″Popular Science Platform for Rational Drug Use in the Drug Use Management of Patients with Chronic Diseases

目的探讨“互联网+”合理用药科普推广平台用于慢性病患者用药管理的效果。方法由专业技术团队开发慢性病管理科普知识咨询微信小程序(平台),并建立慢性病管理科普文章推送与搜索、实时在线咨询、药品信息数据库、药品使用检索数据库等功能模块,统计平台2021年3月至2022年3月的运行数据,评价其用于指导慢性病患者用药管理的效果。结果调查时间段内,平台共推送科普文章124篇,共计点击79298次,其中排名前3的文章分别为8772次、6371次、2457次;医院药剂科8名药师(记为A-H药师)负责在线问答咨询,1周内总体应答率为99.03%(204/206),其中除A药师、D药师外其他药师应答率均为100.00%;共推送9项药物使用注意事项及宣传信息,关注率排名前3的分别为冠心病(99.50%)、科室宣传(94.19%)、脑血管疾病后遗症(93.12%)。随机抽取关注平台的慢性病患者120例进行慢性病认知调查,平台运行6个月后平均得分为(14.2±3.1)分,明显高于平台建立初期的(9.8±2.6)分(t=11.499,P=0.000<0.05)。结论“互联网+”合理用药科普推广平台用于慢性病患者用药管理,能快速传播医学知识,在线解决患者的用药疑问,提高患者的合理用药意识。

Objective To investigate the application effect of"Internet+"popular science platform for rational drug use in drug use management of patients with chronic diseases.Methods The professional technical team developed the WeChat applet(platform)for consultation on popular science knowledge of chronic disease management,and established the functional modules such as pushing and searching of popular science articles on chronic disease management,real-time online consultation,drug information database,and drug use retrieval database.The operating data of the platform from March 2021 to March 2022 were counted to evaluate the effectiveness of the platform in guiding the drug use management of patients with chronic diseases.Results During the survey period,124 popular science articles with 79298 views were pushed by the platform,of which the top three articles were viewed 8772,6371 and 2457 times.Eight pharmacists(recorded as pharmacists A-H)in the hospital pharmacy were responsible for the online question and answer consultation,and the overall response rate within one week was 99.03%(204/206),of which the response rate of other pharmacists was 100.00%except for pharmacist A and pharmacist D.Nine items of drug use precautions and publicity information were recommended,and the top three attention rate were coronary heart disease(99.50%),department publicity(94.19%),and sequela of cerebrovascular disease(93.12%).A total of 120 patients with chronic diseases who paid attention to the platform were randomly selected for the survey of the cognition of chronic disease,the average score of patients was(14.2±3.1)points after six months of platform operation,which was significantly higher than(9.8±2.6)points at the initial stage of platform establishment(t=11.499,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion The application of"Internet+"science popularization platform for rational drug use in the drug use management of patients with chronic diseases can quickly spread medical knowledge,solve patients'questions about drug use online,and improve patients'awareness of rational drug use.
