双歧杆菌三联活菌联合碳酸钙D_(3)改善绝经综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation of Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Bacteria Combined with Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D_(3) Tablets in Improving Menopause Syndrome

目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌联合碳酸钙D_(3)对绝经综合征(MPS)的改善效果。方法选取医院妇产科门诊2020年6月至2021年10月就诊的MPS患者113例,随机分为观察组(57例)和对照组(56例)。两组患者均口服碳酸钙D_(3)片,对照组患者加服谷维素片,观察组患者加服双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊。两组患者均连续治疗12周。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者治疗4周、12周的改良Kupperman指数量表及绝经期生存质量量表评分均显著降低,治疗12周差异更显著(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的体质量指数有一定降低,血清促卵泡激素(FSH)水平显著升高(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(3.51%比3.57%,χ^(2)=0.001,P=1.000)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌可有效改善MPS症状,且其升高FSH水平的效果较谷维素片更佳。

Objective To investigate the effect of bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria combined with Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D_(3) Tablets in improving menopausal syndrome(MPS).Methods A total of 113 patients with MPS admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the hospital from June 2020 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(57 cases)and the control group(56 cases).The patients in the two groups took Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D_(3) Tablets orally.On this basis,the patients in the control group took Oryzanol Tablets orally,while the patients in the observation group took Bifidobacterium Triple Live Bacteria Enteric-Coated Capsules orally.Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.Results Compared with those in the control group,the scores of the modified Kupperman Index and the Menopause-Specific Quality of Life(MENQOL)scale in the observation group decreased significantly after 4 and 12 weeks of treatment,and the difference between the two groups was more significant after 12 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the body mass index(BMI)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the level of serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(3.51%vs.3.57%,χ^(2)=0.001,P=1.000).Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria can effectively improve the symptoms of MPS,which has a better effect on increasing the level of FSH is better than Oryzanol Tablets.
