蜂蜜中抗菌药物及农药残留研究现状

Research Status of Antibiotics and Pesticide Residues in Honey

目的了解蜂蜜中抗菌药物及农药残留现状。方法查阅国内外相关文献,对蜂蜜中已检出的抗菌药物和农药进行分类,并分析残留情况。结果蜂蜜中所含抗菌药物包括四环素类、磺胺类、氯霉素、林可胺类、氨基苷类、喹诺酮类、硝咪唑类等,前3种抗菌药残留均超过了我国规定限度;所含农药包括有机氯类、新烟碱类、拟除虫菊酯类、有机磷类、三唑类、三嗪类、吗啉类等,前2种农药残留均超过我国规定限度。结论蜂蜜中残留的抗菌药物和农药种类繁多,质量有待提升。建议规范产品生产和加工流程,制订相应的检测方法和限度指标,以提升产品质量。

Objective To understand the current status of antibiotics and pesticide residues in honey.Methods The related literature at home and abroad was searched to classify the antibiotics and pesticides that had been detected in honey,and the residues in honey were analyzed.Results The antibiotics residues in honey included tetracyclines,sulfonamides,chloramphenicol,lincosamides,aminoglycosides,quinolones,nitroimidazoles,etc.,and the first three antibiotics residues exceeded the prescribed limits in China.The pesticide residues in honey included organochlorines,neonicotines,pyrethroids,organophosphorus,triazoles,triazines,morpholines,etc.,and the first two pesticide residues exceeded the prescribed limits in China.Conclusion There are many kinds of antibiotics and pesticide residues in honey,and the quality of honey needs to be improved.It is suggested to standardize the production and processing process of honey,formulate corresponding detection methods and limit indicators,so as to improve the quality of products.
