云南某混合型低品位铜尾矿浮选工艺试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 铜矿开采导致的铜尾矿堆存问题对社会安全和生态环境产生巨大隐患,提高铜尾矿中有利元素的回收对消耗铜尾矿,解决资源困境有重要的现实意义。云南某选冶厂尾矿库堆存近5×10^(6)t铜品位为0.43%左右的混合型铜尾矿,根据硫化铜和氧化铜矿物之间可浮性的差异,进行了磨矿细度、药剂制度优化、全流程开/闭路试验,最终确定采用“粗选回收硫化铜矿—扫选回收氧化铜矿—分别精选提高铜品位”的混合型铜尾矿异步浮选工艺流程,最终获得硫化铜精矿铜品位18.32%,铜回收率26.84%,对硫化铜矿物作业回收率为82.44%;氧化铜精矿铜品位18.15%,铜回收率31.66%,对氧化铜矿物作业回收率为48.62%;铜精矿综合回收率为58.50%,选矿指标良好。该工艺技术可行,可为现场回收铜尾矿中的铜资源提供技术依据和参考。 The accumulation of copper tailings caused by copper resource mining has a huge hidden danger to social security and ecological environment.Improving the recovery of beneficial elements in copper tailings has important practical significance for consuming copper tailings and solving resource dilemmas.A concentrator in Yunnan has stockpiled nearly 5×10_(6) t of mixed copper tailings with Cu grade of about 0.43%.According to the copper sulfide and copper oxide mineral floatability of the differences between the grinding fineness,reagent system optimization,whole process open/closed-circuit tests,finally confirmed the“roughing recovery,scavenging recovery of copper oxide,sulfide copper mine were selected to improve copper grade”hybrid copper tailings asynchronous flotation process,ultimately copper sulfide copper concentrate grade of 18.32%,The copper recovery was 26.84% and the copper sulfide recovery was 82.44%.The copper grade of copper oxide concentrate was 18.15%,the copper recovery was 31.66%,and the recovery of copper oxide mineral was 48.62%.The comprehensive recovery of copper concentrate was 58.50%,and the beneficiation indexes were good.This process was feasible and can provide a technical basis and reference for the recovery of copper resources from copper tailings.
