西藏某铜多金属矿选矿工艺优化试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对西藏某铜多金属矿7000t/d选矿厂生产指标不佳、稳定性较差的问题,对选矿厂生产流程进行了系统性考查。从矿石工艺矿物学入手,查明了高氧化率铜矿石的矿石性质,重点确定了铜矿石的矿物组成及嵌布特征:矿石中主要铜矿物为黄铜矿、孔雀石,脉石矿物主要为石榴石、绿帘石、石英等,矿物间嵌布关系密切。通过浮选工艺条件优化试验,确定了影响铜精矿品质的关键因素,提出了粗精矿再磨精选的浮选工艺流程,且以丁基黄药与戊基黄药的组合作为捕收剂,闭路试验可获得铜品位20.66%,铜回收率为79.80%的铜精矿产品,浮选尾矿铜含量为0.21%且主要为氧化铜矿物。 Aiming at the problems of poor production indexes and poor stability of a 7000 t/d concentrator in a copper polymetallic mine in Tibet,the production process of the concentrator was systematically investigated.Starting from the process mineralogy of the ore,the ore properties of the copper ore with high oxidation rate were identified,and the mineral composition and distribution characteristics of the copper ore were emphatically determined:the main copper minerals in the ore were chalcopyrite and malachite,and the gangue minerals were mainly garnet,epidote,quartz,and so on.The distribution relationship between minerals was close.Through the optimization test of flotation process conditions,the key factors affecting the quality of copper concentrate were determined,and the flotation process of regrinding and cleaning of crude concentrate was put forward.Using the combination of butyl xanthate and amyl xanthate as collector,copper concentrate with copper grade of 20.66% and copper recovery of 79.80% could be obtained in closed-circuit tests.The copper content of flotation tailings was 0.21% and mainly copper oxide minerals.
