摘要
球磨机是矿山机械中对物料进行粉碎与研磨的主要设备之一。根据球磨机的尺寸与物料的接触参数,采用EDEM软件建立了球磨机离散元计算模型,研究了在不同的物料填充率、转速率以及衬板数量时球磨机内部颗粒接触数占比、颗粒分布情况的变化规律,结果表明,随着填充率、转速率以及衬板数量的增加,球磨机的研磨效率均出现了先增大后减小的趋势。在转速率为75%~85%,填充率为15%~25%,衬板数量在12~16时,球磨机的研磨效率最佳,且改变衬板数量对球磨机内部颗粒的运动特性的影响较小。
Ball mill is one of the main equipment for crushing and grinding materials in mining machinery.According to the size of the ball mill and the contact parameters of the material,the discrete element calculation model of the ball mill was established by using EDEM software.The variation law of the contact number ratio and particle distribution of the ball mill with different sizes of particles under different material filling rates,ball mill rotation rates and the number of lining plates in the cylinder was studied.The following conclusions were drawn:with the increase of filling rate rotation rate and number of lining plates,the grinding efficiency of the ball mill first increased and then decreased.When the rotation rate was 75%-85%,the filling rate was 15%-25%,and the number of lining plates was 12-16,the grinding efficiency of the ball mill was the best,and the change of the number of lining plates had little effect on the movement characteristics of the particles inside the ball mill.
