摘要
随着我国教育信息化迈入2.0时代,数字化校园为实现学校治理现代化带来了新的机遇。数字化校园建设是一项系统工程,是近年来提升学校治理能力的重要途径,也是推进学校治理现代化的重要抓手。文章首先分析了数字化校园治理面临的形势和典型问题,提出学校治理体系由治理主体、治理客体和治理机制构成的逻辑框架,然后从建设平台促进信息技术与教育教学深度融合、整校推进师生信息化应用素养提升、明确目标完善信息化管理制度和工作流程等方面,对以数字化校园提升学校治理能力的实践模式进行探索。在实践的基础上,文章提出学校应以数字化校园建设为抓手,立足新发展阶段,贯彻新发展理念,构建新发展格局,创新治理体系,提升治理效能。实践表明,数字化校园建设是提升学校治理能力的重要途径,对推动学校高质量发展具有显著成效。
With the advent of the 2.0 era of educational informationization,the digital campus has brought new opportunities to realize the modernization of school governance.The construction of digital campus is a systematic project,which is an important way to improve the school governance capability in recent years,and also a vital starting point to promote the modernization of school governance.This paper first analyzes the management situation and typical problems faced by digital campus governance,and puts forward the logical framework of school governance system consisting of school governance subject,governance object and governance mechanism.It explores the practical mode of improving capability of school governance,with digital campus from the aspects of building a platform to promote the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching,thus enhancing the improvement of information application literacy of teachers and students,clarifying goals to improve information management system and work process.On the basis of practice,the paper takes the construction of digital campus as the starting point based on the new development stage,carrying out the new development concept,constructing the new development pattern,and puts forward the new path of innovating the school governance system and improving the efficiency of school governance.Practice shows that the construction of digital campus is a crucial way to improve the capability of school governance,which has a significant effect on promoting the high quality development of school.
