摘要 数字化转型起源于工业领域,而我国工业数字化转型处于世界领先地位,已经形成一批可供借鉴推广的经验。当前,我国教育信息化总体上已经完成了数字化转换和数字化升级,但还没有步入数字化转型阶段。近五年来,湖南汽车工程职业学院紧随教育信息化步伐,实施数字化转换、数字化升级,探索数字化转型,取得了一些实践成果。文章借鉴我国工业领域数字化转型成功经验,结合湖南汽车工程职业学院数字化转型的实践成果,对高职院校数字化转型的现状、内容及路径选择进行研究。文章认为:高职院校数字化转型的价值追求是以师生为中心,通过数字化转型带来教、学、管、评全方位的变革;其主要内容包括业务转型、技术转型和组织转型,重点是业务转型,关键是教育教学,核心要素是数字化教学资源、智能化教学环境、智慧化教学评价、必要的基础设施和完备的业务软件,以及人的信息化素养和组织执行力;在路径选择方面,建议走“轻资产转型”路径,坚持问题导向,保证基础设施够用、机制保障到位。 Digital transformation has its origin in the industrial field,and digital transformation of Chinese industry is in the leading position in the world,which has formed much experience for reference and promotion.At present,Chinese educational informatization has completed the digital transition and digital upgrading generally,but has not yet entered the stage of digital transformation.In the past five years,Hunan Vocational College of Automotive Engineering has followed the pace of educational informatization,implemented digital transition and upgrading,explored digital transformation,and achieved some practical results.Drawing lessons from the digital transformation in the field of industry and combining the practical results of digital transformation in Hunan Automobile Engineering Vocational College,this paper studies the current situation,contents and path choice of digital transformation in vocational colleges.It holds that the value pursuit of the digital transformation of higher vocational colleges is centered on teachers and students,and brings the all-round reform of teaching,learning,management and evaluation through the digital transformation.It mainly includes business transformation,technology transformation and organizational transformation,with emphasis on business transformation and key to education and teaching.The core elements are digital teaching resources,intelligent teaching environment,smart teaching evaluation,necessary infrastructure and complete business software,as well as people’s information literacy and organizational execution.In terms of path selection,it suggests taking the“Asset-light Transition”path,sticking to the problem-oriented approach while ensuring adequate infrastructure and institutional safeguards.
