全方位刻画:自我导向学习能力框架的构建与验证 被引量:4

摘要 在学习型社会,学习变得越来越非正式、自我选择和自我导向。自我导向学习被视为21世纪促进学习者终身学习技能发展的关键。培养自我导向学习者,首先需要准确诊断学习者的自我导向学习能力水平。然而,由于缺乏实证的能力框架,导致目前自我导向学习能力诊断经验数据缺乏,使得难以对自我导向学习能力进行全面且准确的刻画。综合认知、元认知和非认知全方位视角,基于文献研究和问卷调查,结合探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析构建和验证自我导向学习能力框架,是有效的过程和方法。自我导向学习能力框架由认知、元认知和非认知三个维度构成。其中,认知维度包括问题解决、批判性思维和信息素养;元认知维度包括学习计划和自我监控;非认知维度包括学习动机、学习责任和人际沟通。通过实证研究构建的自我导向学习能力框架,能够为精准且全方位刻画和诊断自我导向学习能力提供可操作性的指南,为有效培养新时代的自我导向学习者提供相关实施依据。 In a learning society,learning has become increasingly informal,self-selective,and self-directed.Self-directed learning is seen as the key to promoting the development of lifelong learning skills for learners in the 21st century.To cultivate self-directed learners,firstly,it is necessary to accurately evaluate the self-directed learning ability of learners.However,without an empirical framework,the current lack of empirical data for evaluating self-directed learning ability makes it difficult to comprehensively and accurately illustrate self-directed learning ability.Combining cognitive,metacognitive and non-cognitive perspectives,based on literature research and questionnaire survey,using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to construct and verify the self-directed learning ability framework is an effective process and method.The self-directed learning ability framework consists of three dimensions,which are cognition,metacognition,and non-cognition.Among them,the cognitive dimension includes problem-solving,critical thinking,and information literacy;the metacognitive dimension includes learning planning and self-monitoring;the non-cognitive dimension includes learning motivation,learning responsibility,and interpersonal communication.Constructing a self-directed learning ability framework through empirical research provides a feasible guideline for accurately and comprehensively analyzing and evaluating self-directed learning ability,and provides an implementation basis for the effective cultivation of self-directed learners in the new era.
