智能时代促进教师专业发展的新路径:建构教师与研究者协同设计的实践共同体 被引量:9

The Innovative Method of Teachers Professional Development in the Era of Artificial Intelligence:Building the Co-design Based Practical Community Between Teachers and Researchers

摘要 如何创新智能时代下教师专业发展的方式以提升教师教学能力,成为当前教育领域关注的重要问题之一。目前,学习科学领域的研究者提倡以教师与研究者协同设计实践共同体为手段,来创新教师的教学方式和提升教师的教学技能,这为我国教师专业发展提供了新启示。为此,运用系统文献分析法,将活动理论作为分析框架,对近十年国外学习科学领域中的37篇教师与研究者协同设计实践共同体的实施案例,进行质性剖析。不仅梳理了基于教师与研究者协同设计实践共同体的教师专业发展的操作模式,还从教师个人、教师与研究者互动以及社会环境层面,挖掘了影响教师与研究者协同设计实践共同体发展的潜在矛盾。基于此,提出了干预和治理策略,用以激发教师与研究者协同设计实践共同体在促进教师专业发展上的独特价值,为智能时代下创新我国教师专业发展,提供新的路径指导。 How to innovate the way of teachers professional development and improve teachers’teaching ability has become one of the important issues concerned by the current education field.At present,researchers in the field of learning sciences advocate the method of co-design between teachers and researchers as a means to promote and apply the research results of learning science in the teaching context,and thus promote teachers professional development.This provides a new inspiration for the innovation of teachers professional development in China.Using systematic literature analysis,this paper qualitatively analyzes the typical 37 cases of co-design by researchers and teachers in the field of learning science in recent ten years by the framework of activity theory.This paper not only sorted out the operating mode of teachers professional development based on the view of co-design between teachers and researchers,but also mined the potential contradictions affecting the co-design between teachers and researchers from the perspective of individual teachers,interaction between teachers and researchers,and the social environment in which teachers and researchers live.Based on this,intervention and governance strategies are proposed to stimulate the unique value of co-design between teachers and researchers in promoting teachers professional growth and innovating the education system.It can provide a new path guidance for innovation of teachers professional development in China in the era of artificial intelligence.
