移民搬迁对农户人居环境的影响研究--以四川涉藏地区为例

Research on the Impact of Immigration Relocation on the Residential Environment of Rural Households:Taking Sichuan Tibetan Area as an Example

四川涉藏地区水电工程建设引起水电移民问题,基于课题组调研数据,运用统计分析法和OLS回归分析法,研究四川涉藏地区移民搬迁对农户人居环境的影响。首先运用描述性统计分析法对比移民和非移民群体的人居环境质量情况,和移民搬迁后对人居环境的主观感受;然后运用OLS回归分析法分析探讨移民搬迁对农户人居环境的影响关系,结果发现相比于非水电移民搬迁户,水电移民搬迁户能显著提升农户人居环境质量。原因主要是通过移民搬迁安置规划和对移民进行环境教育两种途径提升了人居环境,其对提升民族地区农村人居环境质量具有参考价值。

The construction of hydropower projects in Tibetan areas of Sichuan causes the problem of hydropower resettlement.Based on the investigation data,the statistical analysis and the OLS regression analysis are used to study the impact of resettlement in Sichuan Tibetan areas on the residential environment of rural households.Firstly,the descriptive statistical analysis method is used to compare the quality of residential environment of immigrant and non-immigrant groups,and the subjective feelings of immigrants on the residential environment after relocation.Then the OLS regression analysis method is used to analyze the relationship between the impact of immigrant relocation on the residential environment of rural households,and the study found that compared with the non-hydropower resettlement relocated households,the hydropower resettlement relocated households can significantly improve the residential environment quality of rural households.The main reasons of the improvement of the residential environment of hydropower resettlement are the implementation of resettlement planning and environmental education for immigrants,which has reference value for improving the quality of rural residential environment in ethnic areas.
