摘要
对10种有机磷农药通过NY/T 761—2008第1部分方法二结合气相色谱仪(GC)和GB 23200.113—2018 QuEChERS法结合三重四极杆气质联用仪(GC-MS/MS)分别在冬瓜和柑这两种蔬果基质下进行回收率对比研究。NY/T 761—2008第1部分方法二结合GC下,冬瓜的回收率在43.0%~106.0%,柑的回收率在45.0%~102.0%;GB 23200.113—2018 QuEChERS法结合GC-MS/MS下,冬瓜的回收率在47.0%~120.0%,柑的回收率在51.0%~120.0%。试验的精密度良好。两种试验方法中,NY/T761—2008第1部分方法二结合GC下,回收率略高一点;但GB 23200.113—2018 QuEChERS法结合GC-MS/MS的试验操作简便、高效,试验时间短,优势较明显,更适合未来的发展趋势。
The recoveries of ten organophosphorus pesticides are studied by part 1,method 2 of NY/T 761—2008 combined gas chromatography(GC)and GB 23200.113—2018 QuEChERS combined with triple quadrupole gas chromatography(GC-MS/MS),in the benincasa hispida and citrus.Part 1,method 2 of NY/T 761—2008 was combined GC,the recovery of benincasa hispida is between 43.0%to 106.0%,the recovery of citrus is between 45.0%to 102.0%,and the method of GB 23200.113—2018 QuEChERS is combined GC-MS/MS,the recoveries of benincasa hispida between from 47.0%to 120.0%and the citrus is between 51.0%to120.0%.The precision of the experiment is good.In the part 1,method 2 of NY/T 761—2008 combined with GC,the recovery rate is slightly higher,but the experimental method of GB 23200.113—2018 QuEChERS combined GC-MS/MS is simple,efficient,short experimental time and obvious advantage,better suited to the future.
