毛梾生根机理及扦插繁殖技术分析

摘要 为提高毛梾扦插繁殖的存活率与生根率,实现对毛梾的大规模繁育,开展毛梾生根机理及扦插繁殖方法的研究就显得尤为重要。选择3年实生毛梾作为母树作为扦插枝条,将扦插的毛梾划分为硬枝扦插与嫩枝扦插两种类型,根据扦插类型选择不同的扦插基质;设计扦插种植灌溉设施,进行扦插繁育区域的透水处理;根据当天日照情况,设计毛梾扦插与插后管理。试验结果表明,设计的扦插繁殖方法,不仅可以提高毛梾的存活率,还可以使扦插的毛梾具有大规模繁育、生存能力。 In order to improve the survival rate and rooting rate of C.chinensis cutting propagation and realize large-scale propagation of C.chinensis,it is particularly important to carry out research on the rooting mechanism and cutting propagation method of C.chinensis.In this study,three-year-old seedlings were selected as the mother tree as cutting branches,and the cuttings were divided into two types:hard branch cuttings and tender branch cuttings,and different cutting substrates were selected according to the types of cuttings;cutting planting irrigation facilities were designed to carry out cutting propagation.Water permeable treatment in the area;according to the sunshine situation of the day,design the cuttings and post-insertion management.The experimental results show that the designed cutting propagation method can not only improve the survival rate of the cuttings,but also make the cuttings have the ability of large-scale reproduction and survival.
