不同草莓品种抗寒性的比较

Comparison of Cold Resistance in Different Strawberry Varieties

随着草莓新品种的逐渐引入,选出适宜在偶有倒春寒发生的保定地区栽种的品种是目前迫切需要解决的问题之一。文章选取当地主栽品种‘红颜’和‘甜查理’,引入的新品种‘斯坦勒’‘隋珠’和‘丰抗2号’,共5个品种。测定并比较了低温处理后其叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛、相对电导率含量的变化程度。得出5个品种的草莓抗寒能力强弱为‘隋珠’>‘红颜’>‘丰抗2号’>‘斯坦勒’>‘甜查理’。判断这5个品种均适宜在保定地区进行栽培。

With the gradual introduction of new strawberry varieties,it is one of the urgent problems to select varieties suitable for planting in Baoding City where late spring cold occasionally occurs.This paper selects the local varieties Hongyan and Tianchali,and the introduces new varieties Sitanle,Suizhu and Fengkang No.2.The changes of chlorophyll,soluble sugar,soluble protein,malondialdehyde and relative conductivity of five varietes are measured and compared after low temperature treatment.The results shows that the cold resistance of the five varieties are Suizhu>Hongyan>Fengkang No.2>Sitanle>Tianchali.It is judged that these five varieties are suitable for cultivation in Baoding area.
