集雨水窖建设在森林防火与营造林中的应用

日照地区属于暖温带季风性气候,降水集中在夏季,利用山体地形、地貌建设集水设施,解决山体缺水时期,森林防火、造林、生产生活供水保障。山体中、上部位是缺水地段,建设水罐式集雨窖、暗式水箱、水墩设施。在山体下部,利用有利的沟壑建设大、中、小型水库拦截有效降雨,对降水不均匀地区提供水源,解决防火、造林、生产生活用水,提高营林质量,增加农民收入,为日照市集雨水窖的推广应用提供科学依据。

Rizhao belongs to the warm temperate monsoon climate,and the precipitation is concentrated in summer.The mountain terrain and landform are used to build water collection facilities to solve the problem of forest fire prevention,afforestation,production and living water supply during the water shortage period.The middle and upper parts of the mountain are short of water.Water tank rainwater collection cellar,concealed water tank and water pier facilities will be built.At the lower part of the mountain,large,medium and small reservoirs will be built with favorable gullies to intercept effective rainfall,provide water for areas with uneven rainfall,solve the problems of fire prevention,afforestation,production and living water,improve the quality of forest management,increase farmers’income,and provide scientific basis for the promotion and application of rainwater collection water cellars in Rizhao City.
