景德镇瓷业工人革命运动的特征对新时代的启示

Inspirations for the New Era from the Characteristics of Jingdezhen Porcelain Workers’Revolutionary Movements

新民主主义革命时期,党领导下的景德镇瓷业工人运动蓬勃发展,为闽浙赣省苏区建设做出了巨大贡献。这一时期的瓷业工人革命运动具有以下特征:一是瓷业工人遭受剥削和压迫的形式之多、程度之重,世所罕见;二是瓷业工人对党忠诚、敢于斗争,斗争水平高;三是奋斗精神强、斗争规模大、持续时间长,影响深远。基于景德镇瓷业工人革命运动的特征分析,在新时代我们会得到一些启示:要高度重视和加强瓷业工人宣传与思想政治工作;要高度重视和加强各类陶瓷企业及新经济组织党的建设。

During the new democratic revolution,Jingdezhen porcelain workers’revolutionary movements under the Communist Party of China flourished and contributed greatly to the construction of the Soviet Area in the province of Fujian,Zhejiang and Jiangxi.The characteristics of the revolutionary movements during this period are as follows:strong fighting spirit,large scale,long duration and far-reaching influence.As the workers in the porcelain industries were extremely seriously exploited and oppressed in various ways,they were loyal to the Party and dared to struggle and also their fighting ability was quite strong.An analysis of the characteristics of Jingdezhen porcelain workers’revolutionary movements may provide us some inspiration for the new era:we should value the ideological and political work and strengthen the publicity among the workers;we should attach great importance to the Party building in all the ceramic enterprises and new economic organizations.
