摘要
可见光光谱滴定技术(Visible Spectral Titration Technology,VSTT)是一种新的滴定技术,可以将滴定过程中溶液颜色的变化用数字来表征,通过滴定图谱准确的确定滴定终点。可见光光谱滴定可以克服红葡萄酒样品颜色对滴定终点的干扰,实现测定的自动化。采用光谱滴定方法测定葡萄酒中的SO_(2),测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.48%~3.60%,加标回收率在95.2%~104.7%。在α=0.05水平下,t检验结果表明光谱滴定的结果与目视滴定结果无显著性差异。
A new titration technique,visible spectral titration technology(VSTT)was introduced in this paper.This technology could characterize the color change of solution in titration process by digitization,and determine the end point of titration accurately by titration spectrum.VSTT could overcome the interference of red wine sample color to titration endpoint and realize the automation of determination,which was a good determination method and worth promoting.The determination of sulfur dioxide in wine by spectral titration was compared with visual titration.The relative standard deviations of spectral titration ranged from 0.48%to 3.60%,and the recoveries ranged from 95.2%to 104.7%.At theα=0.05 level,the t-test results showed that there was no significant difference between spectral titration results and visual titration results.
