To the Editor:Systemic sclerosis(SSc)is an autoimmune disease characterized by,progressive skin and visceral fibrosis,microvasculopathy,and autoimmunity.Circulating auto-antibodies(AAbs)are detectable in 90%to 95%of patients with SSc.
